TrustEdge — Fintech SaaS Website

Overview

TrustEdge is a B2B SaaS product that enables early FinTech founders, start-ups and small businesses looking to scale in the FinTech space. The goal was to create a conversion-focused website that helps users build trust quickly and take action with confidence.

Brand Direction

Colours

The brand uses different tones of blue to communicate trust, and a yellow accent to assert a warm tone.

This balance helps position TrustEdge as both reliable and approachable.

Typography

DM Serif is used for headers, while Merriweather Sans is used for body text.

This combination creates a mix of professionalism with a caring tone.

Conversion Strategy

The website is optimised for conversion. It uses a catchy hero text alongside a simple image that tells the brand story.

Statistics were placed upfront, followed by benefits and features to further ensure trust.

The process section guides users along, not just telling them what to do but showing them exactly what to do in simple terms.

The testimonial section shows feedback from current users of TrustEdge to further improve trust.

A strong call-to-action is placed just after the testimonial section, with the sole purpose of converting users.

The footer gives users access to every information they could possibly need before going through. It does this through links and also includes a form to keep users engaged in the long run.

Process

User Research

The first phase was user research. A lot of findings were made as to relevant patterns that drive conversion in the industry. This included studying competitors and asking relevant questions in the right spaces.

Wireframing

After user research, the next phase was wireframing. Low fidelity wireframes were made based on the data obtained from user research.

Design

The third phase was design. The low fidelity wireframes in Figma were converted to high fidelity wireframes ready for development.

Development

The last stage was development.

The design was built on Webflow ensuring maximum accessibility, efficiency and optimisation.
