3. Project Engagement and Payment Terms

• Deposit: A 60% initial deposit is required before any project begins.
• Completion Payment: The remaining 40% balance is due immediately after project completion and before the final deliverables are transferred.
• Payment Method: Payments can be made via any agreed-upon platform or channel prior to project start.
• Late Payments: Delays in payment may pause project progress or delivery until the issue is resolved.

4. Revision & Editing Policy‍

Every completed website or design project comes with a 30-day free editing warranty. This covers any changes that was part of the initial scope of the project. After the 30-day window, additional edits or redesign requests will be billed separately as a new project at the current rate.

5. Roles & Responsibilities

‍Both parties agree to mutual respect and clear communication throughout the project.

• My Role: I’ll provide high-quality design and development services as agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.
• Client’s Role: You’ll provide timely feedback, required materials (like content, images, or brand assets), and payments according to schedule.

6. Use of Work

I reserve the right to display completed or in-progress projects in my portfolio, unless we’ve agreed to confidentiality in writing.

7. Liability

‍I’m not responsible for third-party hosting issues, plugin conflicts, or problems arising from post-launch edits made without my involvement.
